High Temperature Coating Technology from NitroPlate!

September 16th, 2008 | Category: New Parts

Nashville, TNNitroPlate introduces extreme performance coating technology that protects metal parts against chemical corrosion, wear, thermal oxidation and pitting.

The process coats the surfaces of steel, aluminum and stainless components transforming them into “higher performance” parts. Using a slurry of dispersed aluminum particles, NitroPlate imparts a ceramic-metallic surface finish that can withstand up to 1300 degrees. These “sacrificial” coatings (polished or satin finish) provide increased longevity and reduced wear.

Ideal for headers, NitroPlate is also an affordable way to improve the fatigue-strength characteristics of high stress parts like suspension components. Click Here or call (615) 826-4914.
