The man who put the hot back in Hot Rodding joins Courtney on The PowerBlock
March 1 & 2. Pete Chapouris is the president of SO-CAL Speed Shop; THE pioneering hot rod shop that began in 1946. Pete started building cars in the 50′s and is best known for The California Kid, a ’34 Ford 3 window coupe hot rod that starred in a TV movie with the same name in 1974. He struck gold again with ZZ Top’s Eliminator Car in 1983 and now again with this million dollar hot rod named Spencer-2. Check out Courtney’s extended interview with Pete Chapouris.
